Javier Spyker is an established attorney who  focuses in the areas of estate planning, probate, and advising small businesses.  In addition, Javier also manages a portfolio of real estate business clients and facilitates the sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties.  Javier received his undergraduate degree from Portland State University and his law degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.  Javier is licensed to practice in Oregon.

Javier is a well-regarded attorney within the legal community. Javier was adjunct Professor of Wills and Trusts and the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College (2021-2022).  Javier strongly believes that everyone should have access to Justice and he is a regular participant in many law associations.  Javier served on the Diversity and Inclusion board of the Oregon State Bar.  He currently serves as Chair of the Board of the Washington County Law Library.

A native of Oregon, Javier was raised in Washington County and spent much of his time on golf courses around town.  His wife and two college-age children are also accomplished golfers.   In addition to being an avid golfer, Javier is also an accomplished fisherman and classic car aficionado.  On a beautiful sunny day, you might see Javier cruising the country roads in his vintage Cobra with his Lhasa-Poodle,  Bentley.
